Fee Schedule

Basic hourly rate for telephone conferences, review of documents and briefs, sessions, and other case related activities is $250 per hour for mediations and $275 per hour for arbitrations. Fees and costs are the responsibility of both the attorneys and their clients or the party in pro per. Dispute Solutions provides an estimate of the fees that may be incurred for an individual matter. This estimate is set forth in the initial engagement letter. Dispute Solutions requires the parties to advance the amount of the estimated fees. Fees are split equally among all participating parties, unless agreed otherwise.

If the mediation or arbitration is cancelled, the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee. There are no additional charges for rescheduling or postponing a mediation or arbitration date.

In the event the total fees and costs charged exceed the initial deposit, a final balance due will be billed and invoiced directly to the responsible attorney or party in pro per. Final payment shall be due upon receipt of the invoice. If the total fees and costs are less than the initial deposit, the credit balance amount will be refunded to the responsible lawyers or party in pro per within five days of the conclusion of the session.

Initial Two Hour Session

The mediator will be compensated directly by the parties and not by the Court. Fees and costs are shared equally among all participating parties, unless agreed otherwise. For the first two (2) hours of the mediation session, the hourly rate is $150 per hour. For any time exceeding the initial two hours, the hourly rate is $250, as set forth above.
