MEDIATION EXPERIENCE:
Mediation experience ranges from two party disputes to town hall meetings, settlements for less than $5000 to more than two million, in a broad spectrum of fields including: business formation and dissolutions, business torts, contractual obligations, construction defects, employment and housing (including harassment and discrimination), health care services, homeowners' associations, professional malpractice, fraud, landlord-tenant, residential and commercial property, consumer complaints and warranties, personal injury and wrongful death.
PERSONAL MEDIATION STYLE:
Integrity, perseverance, knowledge, and insight are the keys to Nancy's success at helping parties negotiate a certain and final resolution of their dispute. Within a confidential and respectful process, Nancy stays focused on the issues, realistically assesses the probable outcomes, and explores the options for a mutually acceptable resolution.

Mediation allows me to become part of the solution, not part of the problem. As an alternative to the uncertainties inherent in our judicial system, mediation provides certainty and finality and puts the outcome in the hands of the parties. A win-win for everyone!
